Ocrolus system debt tag maintenance
Notice of routine maintenance to Ocrolus system debt tags for V2 Cash Flow Analytics
We want to inform you about the upcoming maintenance to Cash Flow Analytics happening on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. This maintenance is focused on the routine hygiene of system debt terms to ensure the most accurate revenue analysis for underwriting. This is part of our ongoing commitment to keeping your analytics tools up-to-date and reliable.
Informed by continuous LLM-assisted research, we’re expanding and refining the terms that feed into Ocrolus system tags. This quarter, we have added over 1,000 new terms to our debt tags, including all new fintech loans and MCAs.
Please note:
- You will observe improvements in the accuracy of book summary metrics; for example, the overall revenue of select books may be reduced because some deposits will be appropriately tagged as debt rather than revenue.
- You may see debt inflows and outflows increase accordingly in certain books because more transactions will be correctly picked up as debt-related tags.
- You will not see any impact on the system status; there will be no downtime.
- Clients utilizing the legacy analytics solution will not see updates to debt tags and should discuss upgrading to the latest version of Cash Flow Analytics with their Account Manager.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to your Ocrolus Account Manager.
