Suzanne Ross is the Director of Mortgage Product at Ocrolus and has a background in mortgage that spans almost her entire career, making her an expert when it comes to staying up to date with consumer trends and wants across the industry. Most recently, in her roles as VP of Operations and VP of Systems, she led the implementation of strategic workflow processes and new technology resulting in expanded growth and efficiency for multiple national lenders and banks. These skills, along with her market awareness, have led to her spearheading Ocrolus’ mortgage product strategy and expanding its offerings at a rapid pace, allowing Ocrolus to become a major player in the mortgage space.

Beyond career achievements, Suzanne is also very active with non-profits. She is a co-founder of the Make Kindness foundation which strives to create a platform for children to share stories, have positive experiences, cultivate ideas, and play an active role in changing the world. She also serves as president of the New Albany Parks and Rec Foundation, a role that is allowing her to improve her local community through new parks, charitable fundraising, and encouraging sports activities.
