Jackie Siqueiros is Chief People Officer at Ocrolus and has over a decade of experience with high-growth startups and two decades in people leadership, most recently with Curalate and ZocDoc. As Chief Operating Officer at Curalate, Jackie balanced the growth of a people team with a startup environment. Thanks to that role, she understands the dependencies between team members and business growth, how to attract and develop top talent, and what is needed to drive strong performance. In addition to building out Ocrolus’ people team and processes, she has also made improvements across the organization, from the running of its weekly All Hands meeting to company-wide OKR processes.
