Meet the author

Elizabeth Sabbatini is the Director of Implementations at Ocrolus and is a passionate customer advocate who has helped Ocrolus to grow tremendously since its founding in 2014. In her first role with the company as Director of Customer Success, Elizabeth spearheaded the customer-facing side of the business, maintaining the entire client relationship from onboarding to contract renewal. In that role, she came to realize her passion for getting customers on track and up-to-date on all things Ocrolus. In her nearly 8 years with the company, she developed the customer service department and helped set up individual teams to address each stage of the customer lifecycle.

Currently, as the leader of the implementation team, she helps transition clients from the contract signing phase to actively using Ocrolus. With her insight, Ocrolus has been able to expedite the implementation process and ensure seamless customer adoption across new industry and product offerings.
